An exhibition of model police cars and Copperton model village. Opens July 20th.
Normal Admission Charges.
The exhibtion consists of an extensive collection of model police cars, ranging from a Model T Ford up to a BMW 5 Series. The collection was originally amassed by David Hirst who joined Leeds City Police in 1969. He retired in 1993 as a result of injuries received in a motorcycle accident.
The exhibition also gives the chance to see the model village of Copperton. This was once used for police road safety training, and vistors can search for the hazards hidden amongst the streets.
