Visit this beautiful heritage fruit and vegetable garden which used to feed the Workhouse inmates. Spot unusual varieties of vegetables, enjoy our wildlife areas and meet the garden volunteers who look after this special place throughout the year. The Garden can be found to the rear of the Workhouse Museum. The Workhouse Museum will be open to the public but there will be an admission charge however access to the garden is free.
The Workhouse Garden will be open and available to visit for free on Friday 9 September and Friday 16 September, 1030am to 1230pm.
