We are looking for a Duty Officer to join our Front of House team. This post will be heavily involved in the day-to-day operation of the museums, working closely with the staff and the wonderful volunteer team, to deliver a first-rate customer service to our 35,000 visitors a year. We are a can-do, friendly and flexible organisation and would welcome applicants who are the same.
Salary: £9.02 per hour rising £9.61 from 1st April
Contract: Fixed term Monday February 7th to Sunday November 27th
Closing date: Tuesday 14th December
Hours of work:
This post normally works Monday and Tuesdays plus all weekends.
School term time hours:
Monday and Tuesday 10.00am – 4.30pm
Saturday and Sunday 10.00am – 4.30pm (26 hours)
School holiday hours:
Monday and Tuesday 9.00am – 4.30pm
Saturday and Sunday 9.00am – 4.30pm (30 hours)
Lunch breaks will be provided as appropriate.
