Sensory Storytelling for Families

Saturday 16th August at 11am and 1:30pm

Ella has snuck away from the children’s block and is looking for something to do! Fortunately, there is always work to be done at the workhouse. Perhaps she will enjoy the lovely smells while picking plants in the garden or making sticky porridge in the kitchen? Find out in our messy sensory story, followed by free play.

This activity will be held on 16th August. The morning session will start at 11:00am and the afternoon session at 1:30pm. There is no need to book – just come along and join the fun!

This is one of the many fun and creative activities included in the price of your annual pass across our three museums. Make sure you check our ‘Things To Do’ to see what we have coming up.

Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult. This activity is suitable for all ages but please be aware that younger children will need adult supervision. As this session involves water spray and porridge, you may want to bring a change of clothes!

Baby change and accessible toilet are on-site.

This activity is at the Workhouse Museum.
