What is a police box for? What did police put in them?
In the 20th century, police boxes were a common sight in Britain. They contained lots of things to help the police do their jobs. Come along to the Prison and Police Museum this summer and have a go at constructing your own police box. Will you go for traditional blue or create your own wild design?
This craft activity will run daily from 10:00am to 4:00pm throughout the summer holidays. There is no need to book – just come along and get making!
This is one of the many fun and creative activities included in the price of your annual pass across our three museums. Make sure you check our ‘Things To Do’ to see what we have coming up.
Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult. We suggest that this activity is suitable for children 3+ but please be aware that younger children will need help with tasks such as cutting out.
This activity is at the Police and Prison Museum.
