On Saturday the 14th March, Ripon Museums Theatre Group will perform their captivating play ‘Hunger for Justice’ at the Courthouse Museum, as part of the ‘Sights and Sounds of Ripon’ community day 🎭
This performance will bring our courtroom to life as the play explores the stories of a poor family living in Victorian Ripon, forced to turn to petty theft to put food on the table. ⚖️
As the case unfolds, witness their fates as they cross paths with the forces of the Law and see justice being served. Will the judge be lenient or will the punishment be severe? Come along and find out…
Performances start at 11:30am and 1:30pm at the Courthouse Museum.
