Ripon Museum Trust delivers exceptional visitor services to all those who come to our museums – whether as families on a day trip or children in school groups. Our volunteers are at the heart of making what we do a success. This new post will take our delivery to the next level and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Trust at an exciting time. We are recognised by Arts Council England (ACE) and National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) as worth investing in and our learning and volunteering experience is seen in the business as ‘second to none’. This is the chance for you as the new Visitor Experience and Volunteer Manager to really make your mark, implement new things and gain recognition and senior experience in the museums sector. Are you this person?
